- just wanna say for everyone that IS trying to lose weight, the whole exercising is gonna help, and it just sure is good for health! But the most important part of losing weight IS nutrition. Something like 70-80 % of the strategy should focuse on cutting out trans fat and high insuline spikers, sugary foods.
For some it will be easy, for others, like me who has been trying for a couple of years, it won’t

Ive been biking and working on my body a lot this year and have lost 65 pounds so far! Im down to 180, struggling to lose the last bit on my belly and sides, still working hard at it and won’t be giving up any time soon.
