I was on birth control pills for about 17 years straight and decided to get off it because I had digestive issues. Once I got off it, the digestive issues were gone but I had very painful periods (laying on the floor with cold sweat, immense pain, diarrhea and vomiting). Pain killers only helped so much. It kept getting worse and to the point were I had pain almost daily and very painful ovulation. I'm pretty sure I have Endometriosis but the doctors I saw just ruled that out without doing surgery. So I went back on birth control pills and finally doing better.

This is my entire practice! So many people suffer with horrible period pain and bleeding, worse because they may have been told by a doctor that it's "normal" 😫. If you're suffering, please see your Gynecologist! If they're not listening, please see a pelvic pain specialist! ❤

Heating pad on the highest setting + Advil do the trick every time 🙏🏻

Nice to know that a healthy diet (low dairy intake, low white flour or white sugar intakes, very low on processed foods, etc.); a moderate exercise routine such as swimming and running can be helpful in reducing any pain; and, consulting with your personal gynecologist can also be very beneficial. Thank you for the insight!

Thank you for teaching this to people, myself included!
Also, 3:07 seems unintentionally fitting

I went in for this issue 8 years ago and she said, "you're overweight, lose weight and you'll probably be fine, but we can run more tests if you want to do that". That was about 6 months after giving birth to my child.. I never brought it up again even though I have a new amazing doctor because even though she's amazing, I'm scared she would just say the same thing. I'd honestly rather live with the pain. Side note- I've been finally losing weight for the past 8 months and symptoms haven't changed at all, and I'm really proud of the progress I've made but I am still nervous to bring this issue up again. Anyway, thanks for the information. Your videos are always helpful and appreciated.

Can you do a video talking about the withdrawl bleed on the birth control pill? I'm confused why we have pms symptoms if it's not even a "real" period

the background has adapted to the subject.😉😂
but indeed if I had known before that it shouldn't be so painful. I would have looked for better help than the GP when I was 16.

Hi mam, can you do a video on pausing periods . Is it safe to stop our periods for couple of years ? Do we need to have monthly periods for being healthy?

Are there any lady's who've tried everything to stop period pain, and control their mood but havent had any success? I'm 23 and just now in the last year have learned how to completely remove my pain & manage my mood without treatments pills or dieting. I'm going to be making a course on how I accomplished this and a few other areas of womanhood. I'd love to know if that's something lady's would be interested in! Thank you for the feedback! Much Love and Blessings Queens!

What do you think about Cyclease? It’s a natural form of pain relief in dissolvable tablets. I found it to be really helpful. I use heating pad, aromatherapy and massage therapy too!

My OB/GYN did an ultrasound and I was okay. Tried birth control and all it did was give me cramps all the time and my periods were still as painful. I ended up being taken to a clinic during my secondary school to be given an injection because of period cramps. So I feel so discouraged and have been told by family that I have to just be strong and move on in life. I don't know what to do.

I'm only 16 and Im going to the gynecologist next month as my primary doctor referred to one. I'm not sure if it could be endometriosis but i have alot of the same symptoms. I get very very very bad pain in my back stomach and sides. The back pain is sometimes more severe then it is on my stomach. I get it randomly through the month but it's so much worse on my period. Ibuprofen does nothing heat does nothing. Also idk if this is weird but sometimes when I'm walking while not on my period I get this slight cramping feeling on my left side near my hip bone. I also have irregular bleeding. I also get alot of blood clots. But while on my period it will like stop and start. Like day 1 I have a very heavy period but then day 2 it completely disappeares but then I still am getting cramps during my periods "disappearing" moments. The cramps will get so bad that I will be like shaking sometimes. My cramps also get worse when I use the bathroom. I also feel very fatigued and sometimes dizzy and nauseous when I'm on my period. Also embarrassing enough I get diarrhea only on my period, , , . Could this be signs of endometriosis??? I'm scared it could be but I'm also scared I'm just being dramatic

One that I hear alot is exercise or even sex helping with cramping but I've personally found it makes it way worse and I bleed even more however I might just be abnormal and have underlying causes of my current issues. I'm getting a colposcopy at some point however I bet ya $10 that especially if I have a biopsy it'll come back "normal" like every other test I get despite feeling like i'm going into labour for 2 weeks at a time and if I'm lucky a week long break. I'm also on Norimin 1 50 but now have to take 2 tablets daily so i'm not bleeding. I love my gp, she's absolutely wonderful and is doing her best but i'm exhausted and not to mention dysphoria that triggers SI and even attempts because of the mental and physical pain. Hopefully one day I can come back to this with a Dx and a treatment plan so I'm not suffering
