It feels like hell...I can't even sleep on my first day and go crazy also bcoz there Is no one to massage me up for relief..leave waking up from bed ...I sit and punch on bed ..my legs and my foot they just pain and cramp soooo much like hell..and the back and lower body pain it feels like I cant tell..I just cry and cry soo hard ....I don't know of other girls but Its been total 7 years since my period started and it pain always soooo much ....!!😭

I feel periods are a very natural thing to experience. One should never feel any pain or cramps and that only happens in a healthy body. Mine is super healthy in that regard. My periods have been very carefree and painless. No cramps. Some women out there have very unhealthy bodies hence the pain

earlier I used to thought that I have the worst pain in my periods ..cuz they were so bad ..now I realize that everyone different some feel pain some don't and for some the pain is extreme ..all I want to say is..
