My mother, sister and I, have really painful periods. There was this one time when my sister fainted because of the pain. But my mother doesn't want to go to the gynaecologist because she believes that it's not for "decent women"

It's their whole uterine endometrium layer that degenerates before the menstrual flow...it's like your hands skin are rotting and exposing the muscles inside...so it's not at all easy, and pls a request to everyone...take care of your girls during this tiime

The cramps are even worse when your walking and it suddenly hurts so bad but you dont wanna stop walking cause you dont wanna get left out. I had experienced thid multiple times and even in school.
