I use to take Tablet Meftal-spas. And yes, if you have pain in passing urine or motion during menstrual bleeding it could be a sign of endometriosis or adenomyosis or swollen uterus.

Im sick of visiting gyc tbh, im suffering from dysmonnoerah from almost an year, they prescribed me tablets for months after that they asked me for scanning and multiple test, and when the results came normal they prescribe me meds that cost nearly 1k, its not even about the meds tbh, its about how they font adress the issue in the first place and then instead of giving and actual treatment suggest meds that make sm go back to them

Ma'am, Periods are irregular ranging above 40 days or earlier at times to 20 days, excessive pms in two or three weeks before yhe delayed periods, did a checkup nothing bothering was found except for vitamin D deficiency and am taking meftal spas ? What should I do when its starting to trouble my day to day life and mental health too???
