I've given birth twice and didn't have painkillers during labor, and that's when I found out my period cramps were always as bad as labor pain. I've never had a heart attack, but there's my answer on the pain level of cramps.

It varies, my go from “oh okay, ouch” to “my guts are falling out it hurts to stand, sit, move, lay, and to exist” and I know others who have it way worse (a friend once wasn’t able to leave home it was so bad)

My friends appendix ruptured and she thought it was just a period cramp and ignored it. It wasn't until the pain lasted days after her period stopped that she went to a doctor. She dead ass thought that her appendix rupturing was just another period cramp.

I think it depends on the individual as with everything
But given the horrendously painful cramps I've experienced i'd say it's definitely possible

My friend said her rupturing appendix didn't hurt nearly as bad as her period pains 🤷‍♀️

When i had my son, they had a machine hooked to me that told when i had contractions. The doctor noticed and asked was i in pain. I told him it felt like period cramps. His eyes got huge..

The same person when somebody’s bleeding out of a different spot: “Oh my god, lay down. Want some water? I’ll call you an ambulance”

There was a girl at school who got her period and she couldn't handle the pain.
She cried and vomited so much that people wanted to call an ambulance.
She tried drinking water but she would just vomit it back out.
She got sent home.
She's good now.

You wanna know why there’s no studies? Because it doesn’t affect men. The entire gynecology field is a joke today, if you have problems the answer is to throw more and more birth control pills at you. It took me almost 11 years to actually get diagnosed with endometriosis. The average time for an endo dx is TEN YEARS—- make it make sense! Yeah so of course I think cramps hurt as much as a heart attack, cramps with endometriosis is probably far worse than one

It depends from woman to woman. Some people feel like having a heart attack when getting period cramps and others don't feel a single thing at all

My period cramps have always been so horrible that I would be sweating, nauseous, and literally curl up into a ball on the floor due to the pain. Midol, pamprin, ibuprofen, and other nsaids, and painkillers would only dull the pain a little bit.

When I have my periods, I feel like I'm being continuously stabbed with a knife and feeling so helpless as if I'm gonna die. I've never had a heart attack but that's how I explain the pain that I experience. I can't stand for too long, my back will hurts nor sit down for long otherwise my butt will hurt. If I lie down, the pain will be more as I won't be able to fall asleep and I will the pain even more by the silence nor can I stand loud sounds( I will get angry). Its hell for the first two days of periods for me.
