Tried this exercise today during my first day period. I never worked out during my period. Discouraged at actually trying cause I was feeling weak and having cramps, I completed the exercise after 15 minutes. Now, I don’t feel any more pain or cramps — the benefits are real. Its very doable. Ladies, your body is stronger than you think 💪🏻 Thank you for this video! Im never gonna miss my exercise routine again. 🥰

I started your 'flat tummy and small waist' and 'thin legs' workouts recently and I really like them, but I don't feel comfortable doing them during my period, so thanks for this workout! Its not too hard, but I can still move my body. Thank you!
