I am experiencing palpitation, chest pain and shortness of breathing for the past few weeks.
After doing the yoga as per your instructions, I am really feeling fresh and my palpitation, chest pain and breathing problem has reduced to some extent.
I am planning to do this yoga every day as possible.

I am experiencing palpitation, anxiety, High BP, panick attack as a result of caffeine which i took.. After trying this, i feel better. I will try to do this every morning
