well that was intense. i just started accutane so in order to not to get depressed by it i thought it would be good to try out some workouts in order to get the movement in. it was effective, god. thanks for that. <3

i'm on the last month of accutane and i'm back lmao. i wasn't that depressed on accutane but my muscles hurted a lot + doctor told me to not to hurt myself with intense exercises so i had to stop but i'm here back now. goal is to get my 49kg self back with a round booty tbh. need to lose at least five kg to reach that goal. i'll try my best from now on.

And to the people who are like me and can't really do burpees or plank jacks because of knee injuries, what I do is to replace the burpees for standing crunches and plank jacks for mountain climber planks or a side to side planks, which are more gentle to my knees.

I love your workouts, they are not too much (so you lose motibation bc they are too hard to do) but you can still feel the burn and got amazing amount of energy 💗 I have done your workouts for a week and it's my favourite time of the day when i used to hate workouts before, my waist has also gotten slimmer🥰 Thank you so much for your work!

Всем привет)) начинаю выполнять эти упражнения на протяжении 14 дней. Я буду выполнять эту тренировку без ПП и прочего.
Начальный вес: 80.5 кг
Давайте начнем!
1 день: очень тяжело, но приемлемо.
2 день: тело жутко болело, но я смогла выполнить тренировку. Она выдалась на удивление легче.
3 день: тренировка далась немного легче, но все так же тяжело.
4 день: на этот раз тренировка выдалась намного легче.
5 день: было трудно из-за сильной крепатуры, но я выполнила полностью.
6 день: тренировка выдалась отличная, особенно трудная.
7 день: крепатуры еже нет, поэтому я выполила ее полностью и с некой легкостью.
8 день: тренировка выдалась удачная).
9 день: все как обычно.
10 день: все отлично.
11 день: по прежнему.
12: день: обычно.
13 день: не знаю почему, но мне было очень трудно, даже были мысли остановить эту тренировку и продолжить потом, НО я все же набралась сил и сделала ее полностью и намного лучше!
14 день: я по личным причинам не занималась более недели, но не смотря на это, тренировка выдалась как обычно.
И так ребята, сегодня был последний день 2х недельного челенжа! Т.к. я не занималась ежедневно, результаты не максимальные.
Итог: минус 1.9 кг, не считая пп и ккал.

I'd like to do this everyday. But not sure how realistic that will actually be lol, Lets give it my best anyway!!
Starting - Waist: 27inchs Butt: 35inchs
Day 1: Made it to 7:47. Very tired and sweaty
Day 2: Made it to 8:56! So tired but happy with the small improvement :>
Day 3: Made it to 4:27. Was very sick and tired today so I'm just happy I pushed through and did as much as I could instead of doing nothing.
Day 4: Skipped today as was to sick.
Day 5: Made it to 10:10 but still sick and tired, so happy I still managed to process thooo
Day 6: Made it to 8:55. Absolutely dying today for some reason haha, but some exercises definitely felt easyer than before so thats progress"
Day 7: Skipped today for a rest day.
1 week progress update - Waist: 27 inch's, Butt: 38 inch's
Day 8: I have decided I will move on to a different workout video as this one has some things in it that are abit to difficult for me. My review though is overall it is a great video for the right person! I am so glad I gave it a try regardlless :>

here is a update on how i did!
day 1: it was torture. i was sweating a lot!
day 2: i was so sore but glad i was done.i saw a lot of change!
day 3:i was feeling a lot better.it didn’t hurt as much.
