On 5:57 When you mean "turn your shoulders" to get more speed on a set do you mean rotating your torso and spin a little like how the setter does in the clip or are you talking about something else? I ask because turning your body seems kind of sacrilegious to setting where squaring yourself is so important

Hey there Mitch, as someone aspiring to be a great setter - thanks a lot. I dig (pun intended) this format and it´s really helpful to see your input together with some play-by-play visuals.
One thing in this video - the music was off-putting. I felt like I in Prince of Persia or something. Would prefer some calmer, not-as-oriental-sounding music.

I've only recently started playing volleyball with positions and rotations and struggled with setting the ball quickly to the pins. To combat this I found adding topsin to my sets help and was wondering if there are any other ways the spin can effect your sets?
