I know exactly how you feel. I have Celiac and anytime I get glutened my body reacts for weeks. Everything from hair loss, depression, sore muscles, tummy troubles, sores in my mouth to really REALLY itchy skin. I'm glad to hear going gluten free has helped you.

I fell off the gluten free diet yesterday, had kugelis. I'm paying dearly for it.
I'm also researching oxalates, which is an eye opener also. I'm steering away from Spinach, cashews, and anything almond,
and I've noticed a difference. Time will tell, I'm still learning. Thanks for your insight.

I also get the joint and muscle pains when I consume gluten, as well as the sore itchy scalp. I have recently cut it out of my diet and am hopefully on the road to recovery. I am scurrying to find a good gluten free recipe for sugar cookies to decorate at Christmas time with my kids!!!

Do you have any videos that only talk about and explain the doshas? I find it very confusing deciding how to proceed with Ayurveda for healing.

I experimented for 6 months completely gluten free. Not only gluten free, but zero junk. 3 out of those 6 months were even grain free. Not only do I not have a gluten intolerance, I may have a gluten free intolerance. The more organic whole wheat I eat, the better I feel. Avoiding it did nothing beneficial and may have been bad for me. I did not cheat at all. Dairy however is one of the worst things I could eat. I don't eat any animal products, but if I did, I would still absolutely never eat dairy or eggs or pig products. Those make me feel so bad that going to jail would be easier. Dairy especially. Dairy is one of my biggest enemies. I don't think there is anyone in the world who hates dairy more than me. It doesn't matter what animal it's from.

I am so grateful to you. Thank you for making this video - I literally shed a tear listening to this. This video has made me feel like I’m not crazy for the first time in months - I never thought anyone else had experienced anything similar with their body. I am so glad you feel wonderful!! 😀

Oh my God...the symptoms you describe with the hair scalp, hair loss, itchiness, soreness...ALL OF THE SYMPTOMS i have been experiencing for many years. About three years ago i started eating high vegetables intake and I stopped eating bread. This went on for a few month during which time i noticed my scalp was not hurting anymore and my hairloss had completely stopped for the first time in years.

I thought it was the change in diet, thinking the veggie s were giving me nutrients I needed and i did suspect the gluten but when i went for a blood check up my doctor said I was not sensitive to gluten so I discarded it. It stayed in the back of my mind though...i should try going gluten free again and see...

I got diagnosed like 6 months ago.. and I still have really bad symptoms. I don't understand. My mom is the same way. She's been diagnosed for 10 yrs and you would think she still eats gluten everyday. I really don't know what to do.

Great video. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism postpartum when my baby was 6months old. And prescribed levothyroxine. Ny TSH was 119 dropped to 13 in 6 weeks. I tried keto but couldn't cope with lack of sugar.
Did you take medication with your hypothyroidism? If so are you still taking it?

Ohh I wanted to see that precious boy again. 😍. What was he doing down there ?😄
Vita...so interesting. How do I decide if I’m Vata etc. Never have figured that out.

Do you take any supplements on your gluten free journey?
Are you still mainly carnivore?
I think it would be really cool seeing a video of you explaining what you eat during the week while on this and what we should stray away from.

Great video! What would you usually eat for breakfast, thats the hardest part for me, because I love my bread 😉

Gluten and Dairy (Caesin) Free is very easy and for my cuisine....

just rice, meat, potatos, lentils and leafy greens and it's done

i can go egg free too.

Gluten Free and Dairy Free (Caesin Free, like the most extreme Dairy Free) is really hard for people that likes desserts since so much desserts have

the only dessert you can eat are some lollipods or popsicles or gummy bears but be careful if they are made from gluten but you can use rice or corn....
