When I stopped eating gluten it was like a storm being calmed in the body.

I’ve been gluten free for 3 months, since I saw your video. I’m down 21 pounds as of today.

Amazing. I felt immediate extreme improvements! Going gluten-free is one of the most underrated things one can find out about. I strongly believe it's directly connected to mood, bad mental and physical states.

Since I went gluten free, I don’t feel brain fog, lack of concentration, tired, or the need for excessive sleep. I only started it for 2 months and it’s already changing

Congratulations Matt. I've been gluten-free for 6 years now. I started because I had signs of neuropathy in hands and legs at 31 year-old. My life changed and I'm not going back either.

I have hypothroid issues and possibly celiac disease but when I tried a paleo diet a few years ago it was life changing. Like you said, I got to a point were I could barely walk and I thought it was arthritis but it was inflammation. I literally had to hold on to the walls and furniture to move around, but when I stopped gluten I woke up one day and could walk on my own. It takes discipline because there are no cheat days. It has to be a forever change or the inflammation comes right back.❤

I think I needed this today. I developed horrible carpal tunnel and numbness in my hands and arms during my first pregnancy and continued postpartum. I deal with numbness every night that can last anywhere from an hour to three a night. I have also haven’t been able to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight even with diet and CrossFit 5 times a week. I just started this gluten free about two weeks ago and I honestly feel better. I’m hoping the numbness goes away so I don’t have to have surgery

Thank you for doing this video!! I have felt crazy for so long but now looking back..I wasn't. Everything wrong with me from my skin to my bad attitude, my pain, everything was because of gluten.. being gluten free for a month now I know for sure... without a doubt.. gluten is to blame... Baruch Hashem bless you.. gluten is evil.. I hate it!!

I became disabled at 19 due to severe RA WITHIN weeks. Going gluten free made more of a difference in my health than anything else I did

Brother, it’s crazy because I started feeling the same symptoms you listed. I’m 33 years old and for the past year now I’ve noticed aches and pains and always just chalked it up to getting older. Although yes that’s def a part of it, I had no clue that 90% of my issues were due to my diet. Like you I’ve always been into working out I figured because I’m not to overweight my health is fine. I had no clue how wrong I was. My vision started getting bad, I would wake up with joint pain so bad I had a hard time walking down the stairs in the morning and whenever it got cold my joints would ache so terribly. I knew I had to make a change being 33 and waking up feeling like I’m 80. I went gluten free and within 2 weeks I started feeling the difference. My joints were not aching in the morning and I have so much energy. I’m only a month and a half in and it’s truly life changing. This is gonna sound extremely dramatic but for those who are older and gluten free know what I’m talking about but It’s kinda like getting some of your youthfulness in your body back. My joints don’t ache so much, I’m more energetic in the mornings and night, I don’t feel so lethargic all the time and even my skin started to clear up more. Like you I’m never going back to gluten again 💪🏽

Mat, mine is stomach issues. Started gluten free and wheat free and it cleared up. I have slipped up on it and I pay for it when I do. No pasta at all. Carbs is another factor of my issues I need to do better and stay on track again. Glad I saw this. Stay with it!!

Thanks so much for this testimony! I hired a dietician because no matter how little or much I eat I can't lose weight and her first suggestion was 3 months of gluten free and I'm only two weeks in but I'm already feeling way way better. Thanks for this info and I'm so glad you're feeling better! God bless!

Two years ago I had a similar scare. I used to run 6Ks 6 times a week and very suddenly, one day I could not run past 3K without feeling faint. I can¨t really explain the feeling, anyone with Hashimoto knows about it. Its not muscle fatigue and it's not cardio fatigue, it feels more like what you feel before you fall asleep. It was pretty scary and caused my heart rate to shoot to 180bpm in panic. So I went to the doctor thinking there is something wrong with my heart, myocarditis or something. I did some blood work and an ECG and I was clear. But I never really felt good after that. I could not push on my workouts anymore and there were periods where I felt very tired and miserable for no apparent reason. A year and a half later, during routine bloodwork my GP noted that I have high TSH, 5.92 to be precise. And that is when I started digging. I found that at the moment of my scare (21 months before) my TSH was 4.77 which was within the reference points so nobody noticed. After reading research papers online I learned that 95% of the population without thyroid problems has TSH < 2.5. So 4.77 may not be officially "bad" but it should be. I then learned about gluten and I made the decision to stop gluten before starting levo. The first 10 days were miserable. I was very hungry to the point of feeling dizzy. I was scared of getting out of the house, I thought I would faint in the middle of traffic or something. But after 2 weeks it felt like something kicked in. I felt my energy returning and several other symptoms that I never really paid much attention to, started fading.
Examples: insomnia: I went from sleeping 4-6 hours per day to 7-9. Canker sores: I used to have at least one canker sore per month since I was a kid, now they're gone. Hair loss: I thought it was genetic like my father's, it has now stopped. I have clear skin perhaps for the first time in my life. Heart palpitations are less intense: I used to have these since I was a teen especially when tired, they are not completely gone but they are more rare and feel less intense. Also they now longer happen while lifting weights. And finally, the numbness on my fingers is completely gone. I always thought it was becacuse I work on a computer 10 hours a day and then proceed to lift heavy weights but it turns out that too was triggerred by gluten.
People think I'm weird when I tell them that I don't care if I ever eat pizza again but for me the tradeoff is worth it, it feels like you are super human. I encourage everyone to get their blood tested. Test your TSH levels and also ask for Anti-TPO and Anti-TG tests as well as gluten sensitivity tests. You don't have to be celiac to see benefits from a gluten free diet. Some of as are just sensitive to it.

In a hundred years they made poison out of food... God bless those that are in the process of getting this out of their systems, may we also see some businesses getting traction on it. This needs to be THE change out there!

I also have Hashimoto’s and have been gluten free and dairy free for 5 years. Game changer! Good decision.
