"My girlfriend was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and I'm hoping that by myself going gluten-free, I can make it a little bit easier for her."

A gluten free-diet is recommended for people with Celiac disease. If you do not have Celiac disease, a gluten-free diet may cause nutritional deficiencies. For more information on Celiac disease and going gluten-free, see the links below.

He lost weight not because of gluten. He lost weight because he avoided crappy food that contained gluten.

one of the upsides to the gluten-free trend is that people who are actually intolerant to gluten have way more options. my brother hasn't had gluten in years and he said that this trend, as much as people may find it useless, has really made a difference in terms of what's available for him now!

Either Buzzfeed has tons of free food every month or so, or they are just trying to torture the people doing these life eating habits.

My little sister was diagnosed with celiac disease when she was three. Five years later my whole family have been gluten free with her. Staying strong for her💪🏼

I can't eat gluten because it makes me curl up in a ball of extreme pain, but not eating glutenous foods makes like about 70% less interesting. Also, gluten free cupcakes are dry and gross.

Gluten. Is. Not. Bad.
Unless you have been diagnosed by a medical professional and they said to stop eating gluten, it's not bad for you!

Unless you're gluten intolerant there's literally no benefits to eliminating wheat based products from your diet. There's a reason that there are so many good foods that are made from wheat and not from the fake stuff, ya know?

As a health advisor and personal trainer. Going gluten free is NOT the correct way to get healthy, regular exercise with a healthy and balanced diet is the best way to do it. People need to stop following trends because they've heard by someone it works.

I'm celiac and this pisses me off, gluten isn't bad for you, it's a fad diet. So when I ask for this gluten free ppl look at me as if I'm in this fad diet but I can't eat gluten or I will literally get sick

I don’t like it when I see these videos because I’ve been celiac all my life and they are complaining about 30 days

I'm gluten free, I have been for the past four years. I used to cry when I couldn't eat someone's birthday cake, but I feel so much better, my eczema has cleared and I don't miss gluten anymore

I hate how being gluten free is a fad now. I don't eat gluten because I break out eczema that won't go away for 4 weeks.

I am gluten free and I can say that when I eat gluten I feel immensely different and a lot more weighed down. The guy who said he benefited from this probably had a small intolerance before hadn't he didn't know about and felt better on the diet. unlike the others who didn't feel any different.

unless you have celiac disease, gluten-free diet in itself is pretty pointless. Obviously, alot of calorie-rich foods like cupcakes, pizza contain gluten so if you cut it out, youre obviously gonna lose weight.

the point is to just control your diet overall and exercise. its not bad to eat bread in a controlled manner as long as you don't overdo it, you won't gain weight.

oh, and EXERCISE is key as well

How about they try 30 days without social media?
That includes YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Snapchat, Whisper, MySpace and anything else of that category.

At the end the guy is saying "GLUTEN IS SO GOOOD" I feel bad for the gluten free people watching this.

"making gluten free diets sound fun when they're actually awful" welcome to the life of someone with celiac disease. the way people treat it like it's a joke when i'll actually get really sick is more frustrating than the lack of options being an "inconvenience"
