Being Gluten free aint that bad bro. Of course you cant eat a lot of foods, but it makes you eat better food. I love salmon and boiled eggs, which are gluten free and extremely healthy!!!!

I’m devastated to learn that gluten is whats causing me to be so sick…
My morning routine was to eat a healthy bowl of “Wheatina” roasted wheat… I miss it!
I was easiest eating vegetarian and eating Loma Linda Wheat meat/Gluten gut bomb!
I was taught that eating dead animal meat was unhealthy and wrong and an even a sin per the SDA church… and that eating processed Worthington or Loma Linda wheat meat was much healthier, but oh my what a lie that was it almost killed me. I’ve had two bowel receptions that have caused scar tissue to my intestines and if I eat too much fiber it gets caught, and I have a ball obstruction that is very painful and potentially deadly

Slowly developing intolerance towards gluten containing items. Rice, pasta, cereals arghhh
Even breads except multi grain.
Although I love home made wheat bread but I need to get gluten free wheat flour next time in my grocery.
