Yoga for a Tension & Sinus Headache. This 15 minute practice will help bring relief to you anytime you might be suffering from tension headaches, sinuses or sinus pressure. This is especially importation during allergy season! This sequence will bring relief to any pressure that is forming within your face, neck or jaw area, and is most effective if practiced before a hot shower.

This definitely got things moving. Hopefully with a hot shower it will help to relieve the sinus pressure I’ve had for 48 hours & reduce the risk of it turning into a migraine. Thank you for this sequence.

I’m definitely going to be trying this! My allergies often turns into sinus migraines and then I end up having to miss my power yoga class since it’ll give me nausea too. So far nothing has helped, not even surgery, medication nor the shots. I’m at my wits end!

Ok that was a great yoga class!! My head feels 95% better just 10 mins into the class and after the full class I feel 1000% better thanks!!

Thank you so much this helped so much sinus are always a issue with me and tried all sorts this helped alot even took the pressure of my teeth be doing this twice a day now I am not very flexible so the other options you give was very helpful
