hello my lovely yogis! long time no video and we're back with a bit of a different one. in this video we specifically focus on the neck and back area, try to loosen up any stored tension around the jaw and hopefully release any headaches and migraine symptoms. yoga has been proven to reduce the symptoms of migraines a lot if practiced regularly and hopefully this can help some of you lovely beings. also, there is no music in this one, I hope you enjoy it nevertheless! :)

I tried ibuprofen, a cold compress, a hot shower, drinking water, 🍃💨, and taking a nap. None of these things helped my migraine quite like this yoga routine did. Thank you for posting this!

A beautiful practice ❤. Although, several of the poses were inaccessible to me with an active migraine, including down dog and standing forward fold. But the neck and jaw awareness was helpful.

That was wonderful. I started with a full frontal lobe headache, shoulder and neck tension. 18 minutes later all of it is gone.

I’ve been told by many knowledgeable people that inverted poses are contraindicated for people with migraines, and they tend to trigger me. Any suggestions for alternatives to downward dog here?
