I started on 20th may 2024 and today is 14 July 2024 I was 89.5 kg when I started and today my weight is 81.1kg that's all without going to gym I worked on my diet and exercise calorie deficit that's it eat less move more you will loose weight ( sugar I cut and used stevia ) protein rich diet I introduced in my life through egg whites chicken breast panner and soyachunks curd, dosa, idli, cooked vegetables without oil and for oils I eat nuts ( almonds + walnuts sometimes pumkin seeds ) + 8-9 hours sleep
In my exercise I used to wali for 10-15 km in a day if I skipped walking I used to jump rope 5000 repetition in a day
