Run a mile everyday after your workout because you are going to get tired before the actual workout or you could do beforehand. Your choice but they are both still good options

To add on to this:

You don’t need to sprint the whole mile either. It’s not a race. Just jogging at a walking pace will be enough to stimulate your cardiovascular system at first. Then after a few weeks of this, slowly build up to working in intervals of jogging and sprints. This is known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which has shown to be a pretty efficient way at burning fat. However, also worth noting that jogging/sprinting a lot will cause you to lose some muscle mass as well, so I’d recommend trying to walk more than run. Aim for 7, 500 steps a day, and gradually increase it until you’re hitting about 11, 000-12, 000 everyday. Incorporate this into your daily routine, and try to eat as clean as possible (or else you’ll limit your results, hot bods are made in the kitchen!) and you’ll be lean as hell after a few weeks. If at first you don’t see results, don’t be disheartened, fat loss and muscle gain takes a while. They say 6-12 weeks to start seeing obvious results. Go get ‘em champ!!!

I recommend cardio after weights cuz the systemic fatigue from running will cause you to have less energy lifting and therefore= less gains

Before?? Do it after your lifting sessions. If you do it before, you're going to tire yourself out before you hit the weights. Hit the weights first and then hit cardio

You can do a low intensity cardio warmup but doing high intensity cardio right before burns up some of the glycogen you have stored in the muscles, not the best if you want a good workout
