love it! the gym i go to usually opens at 6:30 so i'm up at 6 the bus goes 6:20 so i'm there when it opens and i usually workout and 1-2h then sometimes i swim then sauna best way to start the day!

My nursing ward shift starts at 0700, so regardless if theres physicality involved right away, all of it siphones you to a shivering, dehydrated husk of morning you.

I wish I could relate! Every time I exercise in the morning I crash later in the day pretty hard. I mean I have more energy for a few hours but then I burn out. I’m not sure if it’s from going too hard or what

I used to work out every Saturday morning and when I got home, my mother would say: oh damn, she worked out, now she will talk our heads off.
And I'm a quiet person, but working out gives me so much energy, it's a different type of energy that lasts all day (eventhough the body is sore) and I sleep better that night.

get those juices flowing first thing in the morning helps eliminate all the waste that built up in the cleaning processes of the night and is waiting for being evacuated. letting go of unnecessary burdens makes life lighter

It really depends. When im training for strength i work out in the afternoon. When im trying to cut i do it in the morning fasted.

I do hot yoga and hot Pilates at 6am during the week and 8am on the weekdays, the energy is great!
