If someones wondering that is it really work?...then, yes i want to share my experience i was skinny but don't have collarbones visible but after doing this i personally felt some changes and even my mom and friends compliment me on this so i recommend these exercises and these exercise are not just for collarbones these can also lower you neck fat and help you get little defined

This actually works..I saw my slight unnoticeable changes in like 2 days or 3 ig..it helped me a little but with my posture, defined shoulders and IG I lost neck fat or I just sit straight idk but thnx

I just started it today
Day 1 morning and evening : done
Day 2 morning and evening : done
Day 3 morning and evening : done
Day 4 morning and evening : done
Day 5 morning and evening : done
Day 6 morning and evening : done
Day 7 morning and evening : done
Didn't see much difference but yeah my broad shoulders looks more feminine and I can feel my beauty bone a little
I will go for few days more
Also my weight is 57 and age is 23
