Usually I'm not really into tabata because the repeats just demotivate me at some point, but that was truly amazing. The no repeat combo make it so fun, it went by really quickly. Also the music and the voice was so cool it made it even more enjoyable. Also I'm dead but that's just a detail. Thank you for this

Very good. Nice mix. Slightly emphasis towards legs...but very little. Bit sweaty, bit jumpy. Good previews. 85 kcal, 144 max, 128 avg. Thanks a lot.

Liebe anna, danke für deine krasse Arbeit. Jede woche so viele neue workouts. Der hammer 😍 danke! So wird's zuhause nicht langweilig. Das ist so motivierend 😍😄 hab eigentlich ein richtiges homegym im keller und liebe schweres krafttraining. Aber momentan mach ich fast nur noch deine workouts, weil ich so neugierig auf die neuen bin und die dann immer direkt machen 😅 lg aus Österreich 😉

I absolutely loved this workout, Anna. It was so fun and I feel so good after completing it. The music was really great today and I loved the added male voice for some extra motivation to keep going. So great.
