ABS SHREDDING WORKOUT AT HOME - 15 MINUTE TONED ABS WORKOUT - FOLLOW ALONG // Who’s ready for an abs shredder? Today we are completing a quick abs workout at home. If you are looking to tone and strengthen those abs, this abs shredding workout is for you.
You can do this abs shredding workout at home or at the gym and you don’t need any equipment.
Don’t forget to get thoroughly warmed up before this abs shredding workout.

3 rounds | 50 seconds exercise | 10 seconds rest in between exercises
6 x flutter kicks with 2 x leg abductions
Rest
Rolling side plank
Rest
4 x mountain climbers, 1 x squat thrust & 2 x plank jacks
Rest
2 x single leg lowers & 1 double leg lower
Rest
2 x low Spiderman planks & 4 x plank hip dips
Rest
Repeat above abs circuit 2 more times
