STRETCHING FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE RUNNING. This is a quick and easy 5-minute warm-up for runners to get your body ready for the next run. Before you begin the workouts, I recommend a short, easy, and moderate run to warm up. Relax, be attentive, and pay attention to your body. As always, nothing has to be, and everything may be!

Overview of 5 min stretching warm-up routine:

This was such a good 6 min to start your tun.I really liked the side lunges i almost felt like Thai Shi and all exercises fitted well next to each other! Well structured.Thank you.

Hi Lena, happy to see the new video, can't wait to try it out tomorrow morning before my run. My flexibility has improved since i started exercising/stretching along with your videos pre and post activity.
Can I make a request, though it's for cycling...Can you post a video to help improve pedaling power. I have a single speed and I struggle on climbs and have to often get down to walk. I wish I could increase the strength in my legs to complete the climbs.
Can you please add some bits for that?
ps: i will add this request on one of your cycling videos too! :)
