I think you should add an annotation to the creatine dosing. 20g every day seems excessive, maybe for the first couple of days to reach saturation quicker. Dosing that high defnitely gives some people the shits

taking Creatine & Beta Alanin as a pre-workout is irrelevant, timing has no effect. You just need to saturate your body with enough over a period of several weeks and then you will feel the effects.

Well I just realized pre workout isn't for me because I don't watch to much on diet and what I eat.

I'm staying with Creatine and Protein 😄

20 g of creatine per day?
That would probably a waste long term only do this in the loading phase, after that 5-10 g per day is enough depending on your size

I want to start working out !! I eat healthy mostly home made food, i don’t eat salads 🥗 but I love fruits and some veggies. But I’m not a junk food eater . Is this an ideal healthy diet. Even though I eat burgers they are home made burgers with bell peppers onions and garlic inside I always make sure not to add too much salt or butter to my dishes . Every time I research diet the Keto diet shows up and that’s what I’m referring to . I’m just a healthy home cook 👩‍🍳

Ummm, 2-3 mg of caffeine is like nothing - a normal cup of coffee has 80-120mg and some pre-workouts have >300mg
