Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform strength moves for your legs, arms, abs, and total body for 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work and 15 second rest. I used my jumprope and my sliders but these are both optional, you can crush this workout without either! Use this workout when you travel or don't have access to weights one day! GO CRUSH IT!

2. Hamstring curls
3. Plank Army Crawl
4. Kneeling Step up lunge jump
5. Jump Rope
6. Push Up Plank Jack
7. Left Lateral Lunge and Abs Twist
8. Lateral Lunge Pulse
9. Right Lateral Lunge and Abs Twist
10. Lateral Lunge Pulse
11. Side Plank Push Up Burpee

I’m traveling this weekend and I was trying to figure out how to bring my dumbbells with me, but then saw that Sydney was one step ahead of me! So glad I won’t have to skip and break my streak! Can’t wait to crush this later!

working 12 hr overnight shifts 7p-7a definetly hinders me sometimes. I missed the past two days. I had to listen to my body and take a rest. But im here ready to get back on track.

I love the 30min workouts on Saturdays because I can’t justify to myself to skip them the way I do when the workouts are longer on those days. I always tell myself yes it’s the weekend but 30 min is nothing. So thanks for that Sydney and team! 😄

Love the honesty at the end Sydney. It’s rainy here today and so I’m feeling lazy and almost walked away from the work out about 5 times! I didn’t though—Thank you for the encouragement! Afterwards I took a hot shower and kissed my dogs 🐕 that always makes me smile

8:25am Los Angeles time! Woke up at 5:30am went to the park to walk 3 miles and run 1 mile and came back to work out with Sydney and the squad!!! GOOOO YALL! We got this!!!! Loved this workout!! Thank you Sydney❤️
