It’s not always easy to get up and exercise, let alone, run! I decided to challenge myself for 21 days and run 2 miles. It was very challenging getting back into the groove with running, but I am very proud that I was able to do it (I believe that YOU can do it too!) Enjoy my journey on doing this and watch to the end for my results!

Just starting my running routine! Day 1 I got to 1 mile of constant jogging and then lifted some weights.

Hoping to move up to 2 miles a day by the end of the week 💀

ahh i loved this video! finally someone around the same weight as me doing this, im 125 and ive been trying to run 3miles a day on the treadmill!

U should try fasting plus running u will loose the weight twice as fast and if your on keto diet even better.
