WELCOME BACK TO MY CHANNEL!

This past month I ran 2 miles everyday! I wanted to share with you guys my results.
I decided to do this month long challenge because I wanted to do something with a longer time frame than just a week. I remember a couple of years ago I lost about 15 lbs just by running daily for about 2 month so I thought this would be the best way to jumpstart my weight loss journey.

I’m telling you guys I’m serious about losing weight this year. Some days were very hard for me to get into the gym but through it all I am so glad I did this!

I started tuning 3 miles a day at the start of this shelter in place. After a month I went from 174lbs to 160lbs. I ate the same but portion my eating. I have 5lbs to go to reach my 155lbs goal. Running is one of the best things you can do to loose and maintain your weight. Keep up the good work. Oh by the way I am 50 years old. So yeah anyone can do it. 👍

I started running a little oven 3 years ago.i could hardly run 30 seconds.now i run 30 mins non stop.i.lost 70 lbs and ppl dont even recognise me.

I've lost 100lbs in 8.5 months. I have about 40-50lbs to go. Thanks for this video. I'm going to start running every day to. It will hopefully help me reach my goals along with everything else I'm doing.💙

I love how you pointed out for yourself personally you had to focus just on exercise and not so much what you where eating. I struggle with trying to both at the same time as well so it feel good to know I’m not the only one ❤️

You're absolutely right. Slow progress. I started running 20 days ago and I feel much lighter, clothes fits better and I eat and not limit myself as you said. I still see results🙂😆

When you reach a plateau try bring up your speed or miles. The fasternyou run the more calories you burn

This was very inspiring and I totally get the whole thing about not watching diet at the same time. Slow progress is much better than no progress. Loved this video!!

Okay so I did three miles a day for around three weeks BUT then I injured my tendons or some shit because I didnmt start out slow and progress incrementally so if ur gonna do this START SMALL

Thank you for the motivation!! Two weeks ago I started walking 5-10 miles a day and want to feel strong enough to start running. I always felt that in the past I could lose weight by running, and though I'm heavier than I used to be, I think I can still do it, as you said...slow progress is better than no progress at all!!!
