Thank you for creating this workout. Please continue to create ones similar to this one. Definitely felt the burn. Maybe include an additional arm focus with it along with the glutes and abs? Keep up the great work

I'm finding it really hard to motivate myself today to do a workout. I was at the gym yesterday and after my workout I weighed myself and I was almost 11 stone. I'm only 5'4 which I'm pretty sure would put me in the obese category. I'm really worried about this as my health could be at risk. The other thing that confuses me is that although I'm almost 11 stone. I still fit into the clothes I wore when I was 9 stone. So I dont understand how that works. Would you have any advice on what is happening to me? Thank you and I always love your videos! You have such a great way of teaching and always make me feel better 😊❤
