Welcome to Day 16 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being TRUST. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like half saddle, gate pose, side low lunge and thread the needle.

This flow might not be for everybody, but I really enjoyed it. I do feel that poses that are hard on the knees shouldn't be done consecutively without a break. I am a yoga teacher, and still found that my knees needed a break from the pressure. But I still love challenging flows and only wish it was structured a bit better to prevent injury. Thank you for your lovely classes as always. Namaste

Amazing sequence thanks Kassandra.... I especially loved this version of thread the needle. The space created by the gate leg is awesome! Loving the challenge, so inspiring and am already a fan of yoga nidra x

This was a great practice, lots of stretching. I think i would have like a little more on the shoulder, neck space too. I use a mat because I don't want to get dust on my body but when we come off the mat when we are threading the needle I tend not to enjoy it. Just an honest review ❤
