Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware #narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( #NPD ) and I’ve been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything. The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the #Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

When a three word message comes out the blue after no contact for several months it's so hard not to feel your heart jump with joy. We want so much to believe that they care. But think about it! How much effort have they put into a 3 word text which took them all of 2 seconds to write and send. And would they really wait days, weeks or months even if they really cared. Of course not. That's why it's so important to block and stay blocked.

When you let them in they think you’ve forgiven them and forgotten all about it and when you try to actually sort it out with them about what they did to you they’ll flip out and make it seem like you can’t let go of things.
They try to make you feel like you’re the wrong one.

My ex narc pretended to go forward at church and got Baptisted. I told him I was proud of the step he took and that it was awesome. However, I also told him it didn’t meant we were getting back together. After a month of trying, he turned back into the abusive psycho he’s always been.

I completely dropped 1 of my relatives, chg my #. She called my rental office to do a wellness check, I told her to never do that again, which she did again. Plays 1, 0000's of psychological games, unbelievable. True story

If I could count the times, to many really. It worked and maybe 1 and a 1/2 months later it was same as before if not worse. He contact my friends, my parents, anyone that would listen and I did, I took him back. I wish I had not ever.
