This video is for all levels and modifications are offered throughout so you can adjust the positions to fit your body today.
*PRENATAL & POSTNATAL* This video & the entire GRIEF Yoga Collection are Prenatal & Postnatal friendly. Prenatally, you will need to modify the supine twists and savasana at the end with milder twists and a side-lying savasana. Postnatally, this is completely safe, but it is always recommended to get clearance from your doctor before any exercise, and you may need to modify the supine twist if you have Diastasis Recti (show your doctor this video so you both are on the same page)
