Super Important, Do Not forget to update account and insurance beneficiaries! The listed beneficiary overrides any language in a Will or Trust. Found this out the hard way after a loved one passed.

Ironically, seeing an estate planner messed up our situation because the decedent passed mid way through planning. Some people wanted the suggested changes despite the old will being the legal one. I had to laugh at "minimizing potential conflicts." People DON'T wait!
