my parents don’t value mental health, where they’re from it’s seen as unimportant. Whenever i speak about my problems i’m called stupid and my mom makes “threats” of sending me to a mental hospital/psych ward :/

Any human being that makes another human being feel less of a human being is despicable.

The “you’re the only good thing in my life” pressure hurts so much.

I want to leave and distance myself from them so badly because I know it’s what’s best for me, but one of them is so reliant on my support I don’t know what to do without them calling me selfish.

Denying their kids or siblings help after they’ve asked for it is also abuse: …going no contact is the best way to start the healing process

I can’t tell my problems to them like if I’m sick or dealing with something I can’t tell them because they will just say that I am faking it or I just don’t wanna go to school 😔and I do relate to some of them...
