Functional Workout - Hip Mobility Sequence

Hip flexors, tensor fascia late, psoas.. all typical tight muscles looped in and around the pelvis. Open up the hips to get more range on your squat, to reduce low back pain and keep yourself healthy as you train.

Here is an easy sequence for you to do. Aim for 10-15 reps each movement.
