40 Minute Toned Upper Body Workout | Breakthrough - Day 4

Welcome to your upper body strength workout! Get ready for the burn and grab the weights that challenge you and think about all the lean muscle you are bringing to life! If you want fit, toned arms, this is the workout for you!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in a circuit of 3 exercises. We will complete each circuit 3 times total before moving on. Each circuit will target your upper body muscles and this workout is purely a strength workout! The training variables we are aiming for this month are strength and improving your conditioning so make sure you’re grabbing weights in the 75%-85% of your max weights range. You’ll get the most out of the workout by pushing yourself to your highest intensity in our working periods and breathing in your rests to be able to execute the next set Grab your water and be ready to get your heart rate up as we tone up with this bodyweight cardio workout!

7. Arnold Press
8. Chest fly pump
9. Tricep skull crushers 2 hands
10. Bent arm back fly
11. Supinated curls
12. Supermen
13. Lat Raises
14. Kickbacks
15. Curls
16. Curl drop set

It's crazy how Sydney talked about how the first 3 mins of waking up early are the worst because that was how I felt today. i went to bed late and did not feel like working out at all but then I come to this video and started reading through some of the comments and that gave me motivation to get up and do it. I felt so much better after doing the work out it was crazy! So if you're also reading through the comments to get motivated this is your sign to do it!

Whew! This one is very quick transitions for those of us with adjustable weights. Wish the “rest” was at least 20 seconds. I’ve had to start & stop this one quite a few times to get setup.
But…great workout! Love push & pull sets.

I was determined to fit this one in today to stay on schedule. I got up at 4:30 am for work, worked 12 hours and drove home in a blizzard that tripled my commute. Spent time with my family, put the kids to bed and got this one done. Feeling strong mentally and physically 🙌

At almost 48 yrs old, 10 years of workouts, 2 shoulder surgeries in 2023, the 2nd one was 3 weeks ago.... I was able to up my weight in most of the moves by 1 or even 2 dumbbell weight size! Hammers and bicep curls to 20#!!! Thank you for being my trainer!
