Good Evening Pilates Lovers,

This is a Pilates video to wind down for bedtime, a 20 minute combination of yoga and Gentle Pilates For Deeper Sleep to release all the tension and stiffness off your joints, muscles and spine and will result to an amazing relaxation and deeper sleep. A gentle exercise program will help your overall health, with deep breathing and core engagement and help improve the flexibility and mobility of your spine if you sit or stand all day This is Pilates great for beginners. The gentle cool down stretching on your legs , winding down to bed as well as if you have some swelling on your feet and ankle to pump the fluids off your legs and feet. This is also safe for anyone with aches and pain on the low back area.

I did these moves under my blanket in bed because I was cold, watching you on my tv. — it was a great experience haha I felt comfy & relaxed, others should try it under the covers in bed 🛌 as well 😂 it feels nice 👍🏽

Hi Annie, I found you through your reddit posts and I love your video formats and your voice, it’s very relaxing to do these with you. Do you have any recommendations for someone who has trouble with cat pose/bending my back in that direction due to herniated discs L4-5 & L5-S1? I also struggle with my shoulders due to whiplash from a car accident. Do you have videos for neck and shoulder stretches?
