Welcome to Week 3, Session 3 of our 4-week Yin Yoga Transformation series! This session focuses on a comprehensive full-body stretch, with poses held for 3 to 4 minutes each.
This practice is designed to:
- Enhance Flexibility: Target the entire body, including shoulders, back, hips, and legs, to increase overall flexibility.
- Relieve Tension: Release accumulated stress and tension from head to toe, promoting deep relaxation.
- Improve Posture: Gently stretch and open the body, aiding in improved alignment and posture.
- Increase Relaxation: Encourage a meditative state, helping to calm the mind and body.
We'll start with a grounding practice, flow through various stretches that target different areas of the body, and conclude with a relaxing Savasana. This session will leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and deeply relaxed.
