I’ve had a complete shoulder replacement 3 years ago. I had great recovery and could reach higher than expected but have never been able to do certain task. Really enjoyed your video just was wandering would I be able to do these exercise with the reverse shoulder replacement.

Ive found with my clients that the kneeling lat stretch works even better standing. They seem to have a little more control that way.

After having complete reverse shoulder replacement is it safe to do these exercise? Would love to try. I really enjoy your videos but can’t stretch as high and afraid to put weight on shoulder in floor position. I was released 3 years ago and able to reach higher than expected I just don’t want to go through surgery again. Would love to hear from you thanks
