Dr. Rowe shows how to fix forward head posture FOR GOOD. All of these stretches and exercises can be done AT HOME and don't require any special equipment!
These EASY and effective neck and upper back posture exercises will be shown in a step-by-step guide that may help get rid of an unsightly, forward head posture or carriage. This is especially useful for those dealing with text neck, tech neck, or nerd neck.
In the the first part, we'll focus on activation stretches to help release neck muscles and decrease soft tissue tightness (including muscle knots and spasms), while also helping to improve range of motion.
The second part will focus on strengthening the muscles, ligaments, and tendons around the neck, upper back, and between the shoulder blades (scapula). This may help build a STRONGER foundation in your neck, shoulder, and upper back and ward off future issues of forward head posture.
