I’ve had months of lower back pain (pinching). A friend recommended your videos. Do it every morning first thing. On day five I walked around the house doing my morning routine and waited and waited for the pinch to come. It’s been five days more now and I’ve only felt that pinch once. Really happy with your lower back strengthening yoga routine video!!! Easy and only takes 10 minutes!!!

This is exactly what Ive been searching for, im 52 and been weight training most of my life, with some boxing training, cycling in between. But it is starting to hurt my joints, so im now using more body weight training/ resistance bands and il start including yoga 3 times a week. Just Subscribed. Thank you 😊

Perfect for mature guys.
I started this very similar routine over 30 years ago. I’m 70 now.
I walk 6 miles/day. Go to the gym 5x/week, do this stretching 3x/wk and carefully eat as well as possible(a challenge here in New Orleans). I wear the same waist size(32) that I wore 50 years ago in college.
If I can do it… so can you.
Just do your best and be consistent. 👍🏼👍🏼

affter workout all my life I stoped 2 year ago suddenly because the pandemia ( my father ad my brother and several friends died ) and fell into a deep depression, it´s been hard to back to the exercise but I must I am 63 yo and now my cholesterol is little high, spent too much time doing nothing THANKS FOR SHARING THIS VIDEOS, THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFULL

I agree 👍 I'm 76 and still very supple due to yoga stretching excercise for years. There is no substitute for excercise.
