I had an accident 4 months ago due to which I have become fat. Due to injury I cannot do running and jumping, so suggest some other exercise for me.

It does not work in 21 days but if you do it for a month you’ll feel a whole lot better and if you switch the exercise to another one of these for another month you’ll start seeing real results trust me I lost 70 pounds in 11 months with diet and these exercises
