In this video, I’m going take you for an EXTREMELY intense leg, butt, and calf ride! Follow along in this 15 minute full body workout. You can complete this workout with me at home. Or anywhere else really! This workout routine will hit your glutes, hamstrings, quads, calf muscles and make you sweat a whole lot!!

While you complete this perfect at home workout, I will be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to go hard and finish! Don't give up on me!

This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your total LOWER body in only 15 minutes! This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.

COMPLETE this 15 min workout 2-3 times for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 30-45 MINUTES) OF WWWOOORRRKKKKK!

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Jumping jacks, lunges, squats, bunny hops, glute bridges, planks, ankle taps, flutter kicks, shuffle, and much more!

These videos got me started about 8 months ago. For about 3 months I worked out to these videos twice a day. I weighed 312lbs and couldnt run for more than 30 seconds.
Today current weight is 226lbs with a bit of muscle mass. I'm Running 5K's out of boredom.

By far one of the most quick, diverse and condensed lower body workout on YT - I especially like the last Jumping Jack sequence when Bully's mat fly's off the ground after he turns around and the music drops right on cue!
