Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

Many many congratulations on completing the 21-Days of the Yoga camp! You should be proud of yourself for taking up this challenge and focusing on your inner-growth.

Today's flow is a full body flow that can be practised everyday. From tomorrow onwards, it will be most ideal if you practice the same flow as today everyday. This will help you become a master of these asanas and movements.

Thank you for joining me for this camp. I wish you lots of love and happiness in your life!

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Today I have completed my 21 days of yoga. Feeling like I am in heaven. I had severe joint pain for the last 2 years and now relaxed around 80%. Thank you so much. I will continue my yoga journey with you forever.

Hi Radhika.
I completed this entire series today (24th June)
Firstly I want to express my very very heartfelt gratitude towards you.
I had been contemplating on starting yoga for almost a year now but never knew from where to start.
You were my first teacher who made me discipline in Yoga.
I really want to continue this for the rest of my life.
I want to join the workshop too but the timing seems a bit problematic for me.
I saw that the classes start at 6:30.
If I start at 7:30 will there be any alternative link from where I can start?(If this could be done then it'll be very helpful)
Or the scenario is as such when the class gets over at 8am then only the recordings will be available?
Thank you for introducing me to Yoga.
