I went horseback riding yesterday for the first time since I was a little kid. It was great but wow, my spine felt a mess. I did 4 of your stretch videos in a row, ending with this one. Much needed! Thanks for the work you do 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for this excellent routine! After my first try, it was a bit challenging for me and I did have a little bit of a challenge with the pace (only at times), as well as maintaining proper form. The sequence was a "chef's kiss" because at the end, when my neck cracked, it was all worth it. I'll try to do this, most days, in addition to a 4+ mile walk and a short pilates arns/abs routine. Levelling up and getting stronger and fitter feels really good. I appreciate this additional tool! :D
