Hello, I love all your videos! My mom was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, and I’ve been trying to compile some Pilates videos for her. I have shown her your osteoporosis workout from the Aaliyah channel, and I am wondering if there are other workouts you can recommend that emphasize back extension over flexion? She is very active and enjoys a challenge, and i personally enjoy your teaching style the best of any instructor here on YouTube. Thanks for any info you can provide!

I find your post on reddit/posture . I have serious posture problem for 20 years, and I am looking for the cause for years but always failed . What is the name of the following workout at 12:56 ? I can hardly do this workout (when face to the left). I can't raise my legs at all . Now I can only use my whole body's strength to do some with explosive strength (I think it's cheating to use explosive strength ).
But I can do it easily when face to the right . I know there is something wrong with my left side . I think this is the chance to find what the real cause of my bad posture .My thought is "left pectineus muscle " :because when i do 'standing raise leg ' or 'haning raise leg 'workout, there is something 'clicking' in near the pectineus muscle area, and made me feel very fidgety .
