But you need vitamin a and maybe Melantonin in microdosing to balanced d3 out I take k1 and astraxanthin as well

My daughter has been supplementing this. D with k2 .. her blood results came out hugh in calcium. Not too high but just over the mark.

Shes also high in iron and her tsh us elevated too

I have too much calcium and too little magnesium. Can't find a way to balance it. I was taking Vit D3 with K2 but someone said don't take D. I feel sure I have calcification in my arteries (Just turned 64), and no idea what to do.

Bones right place. MK 7 hmmm 200 mg. Blood tests(?)
