What should I do if I can't raise my legs that high?? Especially my left one 😅 just hold some reps of this exercise??

oh man. i don't think the hip flexors can ever be undertrained. almost every exercise works them lol. my flexors are super strong (and unfortunately super tight) from pistols and hanging raises. i think hamstrings are a way more problematic bodypart for most people.
