One can't help but admire how beautiful a human body can be. Compared with the majority yoga classes out there, this really stands out in its movement flow and elegance. I kept wondering as I was watching whether the instructor has a ballet or gymnastics background because his hands and feet are the complete presentation of each of his movement. Many people doing yoga pay little attention to their hands and feet as if they were withered end of a limb. I have been doing some of the poses for years and I am impressed to say that this is way better instructed. This 15 minutes is more. 👍❤️

Sometimes 15 minutes is all you have to dedicate to mobility / flexibility training, so would absolutely love this as series, your content doesn't compare to anyone else's! Much love

Im a beginner at this. Cant do almost any of the poses you show but just listening to your voice is soothing and allows me to relax when attempting some movements and stretches. Thanks for your videos.

I absolutely love all your mobility routines 💙 The sequences and choices of the exercises are great and dynamic stretching is my favorite. All I’m missing a bit is the relaxing part of it. I'm excited I found you. This routing is challenging and just long enough. I'm coming back to working out after a long struggle with injuring and illness and this is a perfect starting point for me.
