What happens if i don't know where i keep them or can't find them anywhere?
I have a big project and half of my audio is red

Yeah, this works fine with relinking just a few files. However, Davinci shows me all files red although I did not move any file. So I use 2 different cameras PLUS drone PLUS sound PLUS offtextPLUS photos which are well organized in different folders on an external SSD. Relinking all this stuff that way takes halfanhour. It seems Davinci has sometimes problems to identify the external SSD as the source although I did not alter anything and is confused. The challenge is how to avoid such misidentifications by Davinci in the first place.

Have you already had the case where the file is red on your timeline.. (just red, no broken filmstrip icon, nothing)... BUT the file is NOT missing in the MEDIA POOL...?? I've done lots of edits on the track and dont want to do it all over again, Any idea? Thanks!
