SMOOTH Playback (QUICK FIX) in DaVinci Resolve 18

I completed all steps but I still only get lag for the "glitch" effect, other effects work fine. GPU is always under 6%. Any other solutions?

Turining Render Cache Fusion Output to On made actually everything worse. I switched it back to Auto and it played much better.
